Classification of nebulizers, working princ

The atomizer is divided into two different categories, the solid atomizer and the microporous atomizer. These two kinds of spray methods and working principles are different. The frequency of solid-hole nebulizer is relatively high. Conventional three frequencies are 1.7MHz, 2.4MHz and 3.0MHz. Conventional frequencies of micro-hole nebulizer are 100KHZ to 180KHZ.

The solid hole atomizer itself is a ceramic sheet. The surface is refined by glass glaze. The water is instantly decomposed into tiny droplets by using the principle of high frequency vibration and ultrasound, and then sprayed out by its own atomizer products. Usually used for high power products, such as household potted plants, humidifiers, aromatherapy machines and other products.

Microporous nebulizer is composed of piezoelectric ceramic sheet and metal film. Metal film has microporous area. It is usually made by laser perforation, so the cost is more expensive than real hole. When working, water is sucked up by sponge suction rod, and then ejected from the fine hole in the middle of the atomizing sheet. Because the fine hole is blocked, the mist can not be ejected again, so the water quality requirement is higher. Its power is small, generally used for medical atomizer, vehicle sprayer, handheld beauty sprayer and other products.
